Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided through the 1winbet platform accessible at 1winbet.casa and any associated mobile or digital interfaces.

These Terms are designed to protect both the Player and the Platform, to ensure compliance with applicable international gaming standards, and to set clear expectations regarding the rights and obligations of all parties.

These Terms apply to all registered accounts, including accounts accessed from Malaysia and other jurisdictions where 1winbet services are available. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 1winbet website, mobile interfaces, and all associated services operated at 1winbet.casa.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any Platform service.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required for all registered accounts prior to first withdrawal or upon reaching specified deposit thresholds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region where accessing or using the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, self-excluded, or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.
5. You do not have an existing active account on the Platform. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
6. You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of 1winbet or any related company, and are not a close family member of any such person.
7. You have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and agree to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times.

1winbet reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied. Players who provide false information during registration or who breach any eligibility condition may have their accounts closed and any outstanding funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Account Registration

Registration on the Platform requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. All information provided must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

You must notify 1winbet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 1winbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — or upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold determined by the Platform's compliance team — you will be required to complete the KYC process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

1winbet reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to adhere to the following conditions at all times:

• You acknowledge that all gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.
• You will not share your account credentials or allow any third party to access or use your Account.

Breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account settings and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor. Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business hours under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance review.

The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• 1winbet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being fully met prior to processing.
• 1winbet reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding thresholds set by the Platform's compliance team.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, 1winbet may delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal and report the activity to relevant authorities.
• Where a withdrawal is returned by a payment provider due to incorrect account details provided by the Player, any applicable fees incurred will be deducted from the returned amount.

Bonuses & Promotions

1winbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions include the following:

• Each eligible Player may claim a specific bonus once unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts or shared household accounts may not both claim the same offer.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution tables are provided with each promotion.
• 1winbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, including where abuse or systematic exploitation is suspected.
• Players found to have abused bonuses — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or event type. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any game round.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 1winbet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious error in odds has occurred, as determined solely by 1winbet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by technical faults or data feed errors — 1winbet reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome in live casino, the recorded result of the Platform's system shall be final. All game rounds are recorded for dispute resolution purposes.
• 1winbet may impose maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits on specific markets, events, or game types. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted at any time.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your Account balance upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement timelines vary by sport and event type.
• 1winbet reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time without notice, including where the integrity of the event is in question.

Responsible Gambling

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Platform's control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Errors in data feeds or third-party information used to determine odds or game outcomes.
• Any decision to void, cancel, or settle a bet or game round in a manner not anticipated by the Player.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1winbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension & Termination

1winbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of systematic exploitation of the Platform.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Platform's responsible gambling tools.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method where technically feasible.

Amendments

1winbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 1winbet will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1winbet holds its gaming licence.
